From Two Bouncy Castles to a Business Built on Trust
PG Bouncy Castle Hire started back in 2018 with just two bouncy castles and a big idea.
At the time, I had a car, which I eventually swapped for a van so I could start delivering and building the business. I could see there was a real gap in the market — not just for bouncy castles, but for a reliable, trustworthy and professional service.
Over the years, I had heard too many stories of people being let down on some of the most important days of their lives. Children’s birthday parties, family celebrations and special events are days that people plan and look forward to, and the last thing anyone should have to worry about is whether their entertainment company is actually going to turn up.
That made me think:
“Why can’t we build a company that people can genuinely trust?”
So that’s exactly what I set out to do.
From those first two castles, I spent years working hard to build PG Bouncy Castle Hire into a company based on reliability, safety, quality and customer service.
There were no shortcuts. It took years of hard work, investment, long days, early mornings and a lot of determination to get the business to where it is today.
And I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved.
More Than Just Bouncy Castles
Today, PG Bouncy Castle Hire has grown from a small idea into a successful, established inflatable and party hire business, providing equipment for customers throughout the year.
We don’t just operate during the summer. We provide indoor and outdoor hires all year round, helping families, schools, venues, organisations and businesses celebrate throughout all 12 months of the year.
Our range has grown massively too, with bouncy castles, castles with slides, soft play, ball pits, inflatable games, assault courses, mega slides and much more.
But despite how much we’ve grown, one thing has never changed:
