Cancellation Policy – PG Bouncy Castle Hire

At PG Bouncy Castle Hire, we understand that plans can sometimes change. However, when a booking is made, we reserve the equipment, date and resources specifically for your event.

Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

Cancellations With Less Than 7 Days’ Notice

Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the scheduled hire date will be payable in full.

This is because equipment has been reserved specifically for your booking and preparation, delivery and staff arrangements may already have been made.

£20 Booking & Administration Fee

A £20 booking and administration fee applies to all cancellations.

This fee covers administration and costs associated with processing and managing the booking.

Changing Your Booking Date

As a goodwill gesture, we may be able to move your booking to another available date.

Any change of date is subject to:

Availability
Our agreement
The booking being paid in full where applicable
Any difference in price between the original and new booking

A date change is not guaranteed and can only be agreed by PG Bouncy Castle Hire.

Weather & Outdoor Bookings

We understand that British weather can be unpredictable.

Rain alone is not automatically a reason to cancel your booking.

If you have concerns about the weather, please contact us as early as possible rather than waiting until the delivery or set-up time.

Where weather conditions make it unsafe to operate an inflatable, PG Bouncy Castle Hire will make the appropriate safety decision.

Cancellation On The Day

Customers should not cancel or refuse delivery when our team arrives without first contacting us.

If the equipment has been delivered or our team has arrived to carry out the booking, the booking may remain payable in accordance with these terms.

No Answer At The Hire Address

If our delivery team arrives at the agreed address and there is no one available to provide access or accept the equipment, this may be treated as a failed delivery and charges may apply.

Please make sure someone is available at the agreed delivery time.

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
