Customer Cancellations
● All cancellations are subject to a £20 booking/administration fee. This fee covers the administration, scheduling, equipment allocation and preparation of your booking and is non-refundable.
● If you cancel more than 7 days before your booking date, only the £20 booking/administration fee will be payable.
● If you cancel within 7 days of your booking date, the full booking charge will be payable. The £20 booking/administration fee is included within the full booking charge and will not be charged in addition.
This policy is in place because your equipment is reserved exclusively for your event. We prepare and inspect equipment, allocate vehicles, schedule staff, and often decline other bookings for the same date.
If any fees remain unpaid, PG Bouncy Castle Hire reserves the right to refer the debt to TDP Solicitors for recovery. Any legal fees, court costs, statutory interest and debt recovery costs permitted by law may also be added to the outstanding balance.
Goodwill Date Transfer
PG Bouncy Castle Hire may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time transfer of your booking to another available date as a gesture of goodwill.
● This is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
● A date transfer will only be considered after the original booking has been paid in full, including any cancellation charges.
● Only one date transfer is permitted per booking.
Weather
Weather is not a valid reason to cancel your booking on arrival, refuse delivery, or ignore our staff when they attend your property.
If our team arrives and determines that the equipment can be installed and operated safely in accordance with our risk assessment and current health and safety guidance, the full booking charge remains payable.
Only PG Bouncy Castle Hire has the authority to decide whether weather conditions make it unsafe to operate the equipment. If we determine that conditions are unsafe, we will contact you and, where possible, offer an alternative date.
If a customer refuses delivery or cancels because of the weather after PG Bouncy Castle Hire has confirmed that it is safe to proceed, the full booking charge will remain payable.
Failure to pay any cancellation fees will result in termination of any future bookings.
