Excellent service.
We ordered the Peppa Pig bouncy castle for our daughter’s party. The guys turned up on time and had everything set up for us in 10 minutes.

Hired a ‘Bluey’ themed bouncy castle from PG Castles on Saturday 18th October. Came on time, dead clean. Delivery men were helpful and polite. Came to collect the next day, no problems. Great communication. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We have used Pg Bouncy Castle Hire multiple times now but most recently on Sunday for a children's birthday party. The whole process is absolutely seamless. The website is so user friendly and you can make the reservation completely online. The booking form is really accessible and easy to use. A big (reassuring) factor is also that you can choose to pay at the time of booking or cash on delivery - this is such a great feature of booking with Pg. Communication throughout is fantastic and you get reminders regularly (but not intrusively) about your booking. The guys who drop off and set up are friendly, courteous and respectful. You get a call about 20 mins before delivery and then set up only takes a few minutes. The bouncy castles are great quality and bright and engaging for little ones. There's a fantastic selection of themes and designs to suit any party/interest. Delivery was around 7.30am and pick up was about 5.30 so we had all day for the children to enjoy the bouncy castle. Again pick up was seamless and only took a few minutes. I would absolutely book again and have recommended Pg Bouncy Castle Hire to friends and family. Thank you again guys!

The bouncy castle was dropped off and collected on time, the actually bouncy castle was brilliant with a slide, which the kids loved. Being able to have a cars theme was amazing, they have such a good selection of themes!
The lads who dropped off were friendly and efficient, would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to rebook
