Last updated: September 2026

By making a booking with PG Bouncy Castle Hire, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by PG Bouncy Castle Hire.

Customers must provide accurate information when booking, including the hire address, date, contact details and any relevant access information.

The customer is responsible for checking that the equipment booked is suitable for their event and location.

2. Delivery & Set-Up

We require a clear and safe route from our delivery vehicle to the area where the equipment is to be installed.

The installation area must be clear of:

  • Rubbish
  • Garden furniture
  • Toys
  • Sharp objects
  • Animal waste
  • Other items that could damage the equipment or cause injury

If the area is unsuitable or unsafe, we reserve the right not to install the equipment.

3. Access

Customers must inform us before the booking of any restricted access, stairs, narrow entrances, gates, steps or other obstacles that could affect delivery.

Additional charges may apply where specialist access or additional arrangements are required.

4. Use of Equipment

All equipment must be used in accordance with the instructions provided by PG Bouncy Castle Hire.

Customers must ensure that users follow the safety rules and age, height and weight restrictions applicable to the equipment.

No user exceeding the manufacturer’s stated maximum weight or capacity is permitted.

5. Prohibited Use

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the following are not permitted:

  • Adults using children’s inflatables
  • Climbing on inflatable walls
  • Hanging from or attempting to climb over safety areas
  • Pets or animals using the equipment
  • Sharp objects
  • Food or drinks on the equipment
  • Silly string, party poppers or similar products
  • Shoes on the inflatable
  • Any activity that could damage the equipment or put users at risk

6. Supervision

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is appropriately supervised throughout the hire period.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

7. Weather

Outdoor inflatable hire is subject to suitable weather conditions.

If weather conditions make it unsafe to operate the equipment, PG Bouncy Castle Hire may need to cancel, postpone or stop the hire.

Rain alone does not automatically cancel a booking.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they have concerns about weather conditions.

8. Damage

The customer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the equipment during the hire period.

Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, prohibited activities, pets, sharp objects or failure to follow our instructions may result in the customer being responsible for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

9. Cancellation

Our separate Cancellation Policy applies to cancellations and changes to bookings.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change their booking.

10. Collection

Equipment must remain available and accessible until it has been collected by PG Bouncy Castle Hire.

Customers must not move, dismantle, deflate or attempt to repair equipment unless specifically instructed to do so.

11. Equipment Availability

Although we make every effort to supply the equipment originally booked, unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, damage or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally require us to provide a suitable alternative.

We will communicate with the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Venue Requirements

Where equipment is being supplied to a hall, school, community centre, business or other venue, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the venue permits the equipment and that the required space, access and facilities are available.

13. Liability

PG Bouncy Castle Hire takes reasonable steps to ensure that equipment is supplied and installed safely.

Customers must follow all safety instructions and ensure that the equipment is used correctly.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

14. Hirer’s Responsibility

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all users, parents, guests and other people attending the event understand and follow the relevant safety rules.

15. Agreement

By completing a booking with PG Bouncy Castle Hire, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
