Thank you for choosing PG Bouncy Castle Hire. Please take a moment to read the following important information before your booking.
Delivery & Set Up
- Please ensure there is a clear access route to the area where the inflatable or equipment will be set up.
- We will not install any equipment if the setup area contains anything that could cause damage or injury, including but not limited to:
- Animal waste
- Sharp objects
- Debris
- Hazardous materials
- If we arrive at your booking address and there is no answer, a £10 return visit charge will apply.
- We use a planned delivery route to ensure all equipment is delivered and set up by 12:00 pm where possible.
- Standard home deliveries take place between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm.
- Our online booking system only allows bookings to start from 12:00 pm, however deliveries begin from 7:00 am, so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
- If you have an extension lead, please have it ready before we arrive.
Collection
- Standard collection times are between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
- The booking system will not allow a collection time later than 5:00 pm. If you require the equipment after 5:00 pm, please select the Overnight Hire option when booking.
- Overnight hires are collected the following morning between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm.
- Unless you have booked a specific delivery or collection time for an event or venue hire, our standard delivery and collection schedule will apply.
- If you require specific delivery or collection times for example, for a hall or venue booking, please enter these in the Notes section of the booking form.
Safety
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using any inflatable or hired equipment.
- The person making the booking the hirer is responsible for:
- The safe use of all hired equipment.
- Ensuring users follow the safety rules.
- The condition and security of the equipment for the duration of the hire.

- If you require a weekday hire slightly outside our normal service area, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your booking.
