1. CLEAR ACCESS

We require clear and safe access to the area where the inflatable or equipment will be installed. Please ensure there is sufficient access for our delivery vehicle and equipment.

2. INSTALLATION AREA

The setup area must be clear of objects, debris and anything that could cause damage to the equipment or injury to users. This includes animal waste, toys, garden equipment, sharp objects and other hazards.

If the area is unsuitable or unsafe, PG Bouncy Castle Hire reserves the right not to install the equipment.

3. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

Someone responsible must be available at the agreed delivery and collection times. If our team arrives and cannot gain access to the property or venue, an additional return charge may apply.

4. DELIVERY AND SETUP

We plan our delivery routes carefully to ensure equipment can be delivered and set up as efficiently as possible. Please note that delivery and setup times may vary depending on traffic, previous bookings and the day's delivery schedule.

5. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the inflatable or any other hired equipment.

6. SAFETY RULES

All users must follow the safety instructions provided by PG Bouncy Castle Hire. Rough play, pushing, fighting, climbing on the walls and misuse of the equipment are not permitted.

7. WEATHER CONDITIONS

Outdoor inflatables must only be used in suitable weather conditions. PG Bouncy Castle Hire reserves the right to stop or cancel outdoor use where weather conditions could make the equipment unsafe.

8. EQUIPMENT CARE

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the hired equipment during the hire period. Any damage caused through misuse, negligence or failure to follow the safety instructions may result in charges being made for repair or replacement.

9. PETS

Pets must be kept away from the inflatable and hired equipment unless specifically agreed with PG Bouncy Castle Hire.
