IMPORTANT HIRE & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please Read Before Booking

To help us provide a safe, reliable and punctual service, please read the following information before your hire.

1. Clear Access Is Required

We require a clear, safe route to the area where your inflatable or equipment will be set up.

Please make sure the setup area is accessible and ready before our delivery team arrives.

2. The Setup Area Must Be Clear

We cannot set up equipment if there are objects, rubbish, animal waste or anything else on or around the setup area that could cause damage to the equipment or injury to users.

Please ensure the area is clean and completely clear before delivery.

3. No Answer on Delivery

If our delivery team arrives at your hire address and there is no one available to provide access, a £10 return charge may apply.

Please make sure someone is available when we arrive.

4. Our Delivery Route

We use a planned delivery route to ensure all customers receive their equipment as efficiently as possible.

Our standard delivery schedule is designed around getting equipment delivered and set up by 12:00 PM.

5. Standard Delivery Times

Normal home deliveries will usually take place between:

7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We may arrive at any time within this window, so please ensure you are ready for delivery from 7:00 AM.

6. Booking System Times

Our online booking system may display bookings from 12:00 PM, but this does not mean your equipment will only be delivered from 12:00 PM.

We start deliveries from 7:00 AM to complete our delivery routes.

7. Adult Supervision

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the inflatable or any other hired equipment.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all users follow the safety instructions and rules supplied with the equipment.

8. Responsibility of the Hirer

The person or persons making the booking with PG Bouncy Castle Hire are responsible for the equipment and its users throughout the hire period.

Please ensure all users follow the safety rules and that the equipment is used appropriately.

9. Extension Leads

If an extension lead is required for your hire, please have it fully uncoiled and ready for our delivery team before we arrive.

10. Collection Times

Standard collection times are normally between:

5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Collection times can vary depending on our delivery and collection route.

11. Need the Equipment After 5 PM?

Our booking system may not allow you to select a collection time later than 5:00 PM.

If you need to keep your inflatable or equipment beyond our standard collection period, please select or add an Overnight Stay where available.

12. Overnight Hires

For overnight hires, equipment will normally be collected the following morning between:

7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Please ensure the equipment remains secure and protected overnight.

13. Events & Venue/Hall Bookings

If you have a specific delivery or collection time that must be met — for example, an event, school, community centre or hired hall with fixed access times — please tell us when making your booking.

We will do our best to accommodate required time slots.

14. Tell Us Your Required Times

Please enter your preferred delivery and collection times in the relevant box on the booking form.

This helps us plan our delivery and collection route as efficiently as possible.

15. Weekday Hires Outside Our Main Areas

Need a weekday hire slightly outside our usual delivery area?

Please ask.

Depending on availability and our delivery route, we may be able to accommodate your booking.
