Important Information – Please Read Before Your Hire

Thank you for choosing PG Bouncy Castle Hire. Please take a moment to read the following important information before your booking.

Delivery & Set Up

1. Please ensure there is a clear access route to the area where the inflatable or equipment will be set up.
2. We will not install any equipment if the setup area contains anything that could cause damage or injury, including but not limited to:

• Animal waste
• Sharp objects
• Debris
• Hazardous materials

3. If we arrive at your booking address and there is no answer, a £10 return visit charge will apply.
4. We use a planned delivery route to ensure all equipment is delivered and set up by 12:00 pm where possible.
5. Standard home deliveries take place between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm.
6. Our online booking system only allows bookings to start from 12:00 pm, however deliveries begin from 7:00 am, so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
7. If you have an extension lead, please have it ready before we arrive.

Collection

8. Standard collection times are between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
9. The booking system will not allow a collection time later than 5:00 pm. If you require the equipment after 5:00 pm, please select the Overnight Hire option when booking.
10. Overnight hires are collected the following morning between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm.
11. Unless you have booked a specific delivery or collection time for an event or venue hire, our standard delivery and collection schedule will apply.
12. If you require specific delivery or collection times for example, for a hall or venue booking, please enter these in the Notes section of the booking form.

Safety

13. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using any inflatable or hired equipment.
14. The person making the booking the hirer is responsible for:

• The safe use of all hired equipment.
• Ensuring users follow the safety rules.
• The condition and security of the equipment for the duration of the hire.

15. If you require a weekday hire slightly outside our normal service area, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your booking.

Users should be of a similar age and size where possible. Children should play safely and considerately, with no pushing, fighting, rough play, climbing on the walls or deliberately bouncing into other users.

The inflatable must not be overloaded and all manufacturer's age, height, weight and user restrictions must be followed.

Adults are not permitted to use the inflatable unless specifically authorised by PG Bouncy Castle Hire.

All users must follow the safety instructions provided by PG Bouncy Castle Hire.

This 10 ft x 12 ft Dinosaur Bouncy Castle is regularly inspected and maintained by PG Bouncy Castle Hire to help ensure it remains clean, safe and suitable for hire.

Before each hire, the inflatable is checked for its condition, cleanliness and any visible signs of damage or wear.

The inflatable must be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all relevant safety requirements.

PG Bouncy Castle Hire carries out the necessary pre-hire safety checks before the equipment is used. Customers must follow all safety instructions supplied with the inflatable.
