?? POLITE NOTICE – IMPORTANT HIRE INFORMATION ??

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING!

1) CLEAR ACCESS

We will need a clear route to the area where the inflatable or equipment is being installed.

2) CLEAN SETUP AREA

We will not set up the equipment if there is anything on the ground or around the inflatable that could cause damage or injury. This includes animal waste, sharp objects, glass or other hazards.

3) NO ANSWER ON DELIVERY

If we arrive at your hire address and there is nobody available to provide access, a £10.00 return charge will apply.

4) DELIVERY TIMES

We use a route planner to organise our deliveries efficiently. Normal home deliveries will take place between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

5) PLEASE BE READY FOR DELIVERY

We start deliveries from 7:00 AM, so please ensure someone is available and ready to provide access.

6) SUPERVISION

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the inflatable or any other equipment hired.

7) RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER

The person/persons who have hired the equipment from PG Bouncy Castle Hire are responsible for the users and the equipment throughout the hire period.

8) EXTENSION LEADS

If you are providing an extension lead, please have it safely laid out and ready for our team before delivery.

9) COLLECTION TIMES

Normal collection times will be between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

10) BOOKING SYSTEM

Our booking system will only allow you to select bookings from 12:00 PM onwards. This does not mean your equipment will arrive at 12:00 PM.

11) EARLY DELIVERY

We can start delivering from 7:00 AM, so please make sure you are prepared and available for delivery.

12) COLLECTION AFTER 5:00 PM

If you require the inflatable or equipment later than 5:00 PM, please add an OVERNIGHT STAY where available.

13) OVERNIGHT HIRE

Overnight hire equipment will normally be collected the following morning between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

14) VENUES & EVENTS

If you are hiring a hall, venue or attending an event with specific delivery or collection times, please provide these times in the booking form. We will do our best to accommodate fixed venue and event times.

15) DELIVERY & COLLECTION TIMES

Please enter any required delivery or collection times in the box provided on the booking form.

16) WEEKDAY HIRE OUTSIDE OUR AREA

If you require a weekday hire slightly outside our normal delivery areas, please contact us and ask. We may be able to accommodate your booking.
