POLITE NOTICE – IMPORTANT HIRE INFORMATION
Please read the following information carefully before your hire.
1. CLEAR ACCESS
We require a clear and safe route to the area where the inflatable or equipment is being installed.
2. SET-UP AREA
We will not set up equipment if there is anything on or around the installation area that could cause damage or injury. This includes animal waste, toys, garden furniture, rubbish, sharp objects or other hazards.
3. NO ANSWER ON DELIVERY
If we arrive at your hire address and there is nobody available to provide access, a £10 return charge will apply.
4. DELIVERY ROUTES
We use a route planner to organise our deliveries and ensure equipment can be delivered and set up efficiently.
5. SUPERVISION
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the inflatable or any other hired equipment.
6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER
The person or persons who have hired the equipment from PG Bouncy Castle Hire Ltd are responsible for the users and the equipment throughout the hire period.
7. NORMAL HOME DELIVERY TIMES
Normal home deliveries will take place between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
8. BOOKING SYSTEM DELIVERY TIME
Our online booking system will only allow bookings from 12:00 PM onwards. This does not mean your equipment will arrive at 12:00 PM.
9. PLEASE BE READY
We can begin deliveries from 7:00 AM, so please ensure you are ready to receive your equipment from this time.
10. EXTENSION LEAD
If you have your own suitable extension lead, please have it available and ready for use when we arrive.
11. COLLECTION TIMES
Normal collection times will be between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
12. BOOKING SYSTEM COLLECTION TIME
The booking system will not allow you to select a collection time later than 5:00 PM.
13. LATE COLLECTIONS / OVERNIGHT HIRE
If you require the inflatable or equipment beyond 5:00 PM, please add our Overnight Stay option to your booking.
14. OVERNIGHT COLLECTION
Overnight hires will normally be collected the following morning between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
15. VENUE AND EVENT TIMES
If you have a specific delivery or collection time due to an event, venue or hall hire, we will do our best to accommodate the required times. Please provide these details when booking.
16. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION TIMES
Please enter your required delivery and collection times in the relevant box provided on the booking form.
17. WEEKDAY HIRES
If you require a weekday hire slightly outside our normal delivery areas, please contact us. We may be able to accommodate your booking.
