We start dropping off all equipment at 7 am all equipment will be dropped by 12:00 pm and pick ups start at 17:00 pm to 21:00 pm your equipment will be dropped and collected within these time scales.

Your drop off time is between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm Your pick up time is between 17:00 And 21:00 please note that these times scales are the only way we can get to all of our customers. If you require any exact times, for instance if your party is at a venue or must meet a particular time slot, then please call us on 07546726669 by at least 8:30 pm in the evening before your delivery date.

We will be unable to set up your equipment if you do not comply with the following requirements!

• Please ensure that the access area is clear of all litter, rubbish and animal waste
• Please ensure that the outstanding balance is paid in cash or bank transfer to our delivery driver
• Please adhere to all health and safety and proper usage requirements given to you.
