IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE ALL THE BALLS ARE BACK IN THE BAG PROVIDED! FAILURE TO PUT BALLS BACK IN THE BAG WILL RESULT IN A £30 CHARGE!
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while the inflatable/equipment is in your possession.
Please allow approximately 15 minutes before your hire starts for delivery, setup and safety checks, and 15 minutes after your hire ends for dismantling and collection.depending on equipment hired, this is for a bouncy castle more or bigger products will take longer.
