Important Booking Information

Thank you for choosing PG Bouncy Castle Hire. We’re really pleased to be part of your event and want everything to run as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Please take a few moments to read the information below before your booking.

Before We Arrive

To help us get set up quickly and safely, we kindly ask that:

• There is a clear and easy access route to the area where the inflatable or equipment will be installed.
• The setup area is fully cleared of toys, furniture, garden equipment, sharp objects, and any animal waste before we arrive.
• The space is safe and suitable for installation. If we feel the area is not safe, we may not be able to proceed with the setup.

Delivery Times

• Standard home deliveries take place between 7:00am and 12:00pm.
• Our online booking system allows bookings from 12:00pm, however deliveries begin from 7:00am.
• We carefully plan our routes to ensure all standard hires are completed by 12:00pm wherever possible.
• If you need a specific delivery time for a venue, school, hall, or organised event, please let us know when booking using the comments box and we’ll accommodate this.

Collection Times

• Standard collections are carried out between 5:00pm and 9:00pm.
• If you would like to keep your equipment after 5:00pm, please select our Overnight Hire option when booking.
• Overnight hires are collected the following morning between 7:00am and 12:00pm.

Power Supply

If possible, we kindly ask that you have an extension lead available before we arrive. This can help us position the equipment in the best possible location depending on your setup.

Supervision

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using any inflatable or hired equipment.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring all users follow the safety guidance provided by PG Bouncy Castle Hire.

Responsibility

The person making the booking the hirer accepts responsibility for:

• The safe use of the equipment.
• Ensuring children are properly supervised at all times.
• Taking care to prevent any damage during the hire period.
• Following all safety instructions provided by our team.

If We Cannot Deliver

We always aim to complete every delivery as planned. However, if we arrive at the agreed address and there is no answer, or we are unable to make contact, a £10 return visit charge may apply.
