For indoor hires, we accommodate your schedule by setting up the bouncy castle according to the time you get access to the venue. Simply provide us with the party start and finish times on the booking form, and we will ensure that everything is ready for your event.
When it's time to pack up, our team will efficiently dismantle the bouncy castle, taking approximately 15 minutes to complete the process. We strive to make the entire experience hassle-free for you, allowing you to focus on enjoying the event.

1) WE WILL NEED A CLEAR RUN TO THE AREA THE INFLATABLE | EQUIPMENT IS GOING!
2) WE WILL NOT SET UP THE EQUIPMENT IF THERE IS ANYTHING ON THE GROUND OR AROUND THE INFLATABLE THAT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE OR INJURY INCLUDING ANIMAL WASTE!
3) IF WE GET TO YOUR HIRE ADDRESS AND THERE IS NO ANSWER THERE IS A CHARGE FOR RETURNING OF £10.00.
4) WE FOLLOW A ROUTE PLANNER TO GET ALL EQUIPMENT DELIVERED AND SET UP FOR 12 PM.
5) CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE INFLATABLE/OR ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT HIRED.
6) THE HIRER IS THE PERSON/PERSONS WHO HAVE HIRED THE EQUIPMENT FROM PG BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE LTD ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USERS AND THE EQUIPMENT.
7) DELIVERY TIMES FOR NORMAL HOME DELIVERIES WILL BE BETWEEN 7 AM AND 12 PM.
8) THE BOOKING SYSTEM WILL ONLY LET YOU BOOK FROM 12 PM.
9) WE DO START DELIVERING AT 7 AM SO PLEASE BE READY FOR DELIVERY.
10) IF YOU HAVE AN EXTENSION LEAD PLEASE HAVE THIS OUT READY.
11) PICK UP TIMES WILL BE BETWEEN 5 PM AND 9 PM.
12) THE BOOKING SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU SELECT A PICK UP TIME LATER THAN 5 PM.
13) IF YOUR NEEDING THE INFLATABLE OR EQUIPMENT LATER THAN 5 PM PLEASE ADD OVERNIGHT STAY.
14) OVERNIGHT STAY IS PICKED UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING BETWEEN 7 AM AND 12 PM.
15) UNLESS YOU NEED TO MEET A CERTAIN TIME SLOT FOR EXAMPLE AN EVENT OR A VENUE/HALL YOU HAVE HIRED SET TIMES WILL BE ADHERED TO.
16) PLEASE PUT YOUR TIMES FOR DROP OFF AND COLLECTION IN THE BOX PROVIDED ON THE BOOKING FORM.
17) IF YOU WOULD LIKE A WEEKDAY HIRE SLIGHTLY OUT OF OUR AREAS PLAEASE ASK!
